Target Population
BreastCheck's target population is women aged 50 to 64.
BreastCheck compiles a register (list) of women eligible for screening from information supplied by the Department of Social and Family Affairs, General Medical Services and private health insurance providers. BreastCheck is allowed to source this information under The Health (Provision of Information Act) 1997.
However, some women may not be on any of these lists. You can check if you are on the BreastCheck register by entering some details here. For your protection, only your name, address and age are stored in our online database, you cannot check any other details here. Note that this online database is updated at the beginning of each month, so any information that you have sent us in the last month may not be reflected here.

To search our database to see if we have your details on our register, please enter the required information in the form below. If you have changed address recently, then try searching for your old address - if it is found then you will be given an option to submit your new information.
Please remember that the online database is only updated monthly, so any information you submit on this web site will not be reflected here straight away, though your entry in the BreastCheck main database will be up to date. (Please note that the fields marked with * are compulsory).
If having searched the database, you are on not on the register, you will then have an option to do so.
